Data models

The shapes behind every response, in one place: the company record that rides on every event, its nested objects, and the fields of each event type. Each endpoint page shows a full example; use this page when you are mapping fields into your own database or CRM.

Feed envelope

The six feeds (/fundings, /acquisitions, /crowdfundings, /executives, /agreements, /products) wrap their records the same way. See Authentication and limits for pagination and errors.

Company (organization)

Every event carries the company it is about. The base fields appear on all feeds (as organization, or as acquirers / acquirees on acquisitions and issuer_organization on crowdfundings):

Each feed adds its own fields to id (a stable slug), title and created_at (when Fundz added the record).

Money fields ending in _usd are whole US dollars. Other money fields (money_raised, offering_amount, amount) are display text such as $28 Million or $750,000, and are null when no amount was reported.

Contact

Returned by GET /companies/{id}/contacts: id, first_name, last_name, department, bio, photo_url, email, email_locked, email_domain, organization_id, phone_number, phone_is_fallback, linked_in and positions (list of { id, title }).
