Funding rounds
Companies that just raised money, with who invested, how much, and a link to the source. A fresh round usually means new budget, new hires and new vendors, so this is the feed most teams sync first: sales and recruiting teams to reach the company while it is spending, investors and advisors to see who is backing what.
Each record carries the full company record (website, LinkedIn, description, founding year) and the investors on the round, so you can act on it without a second lookup.
Quick start
Seed rounds Fundz has added since September 1:
curl -H "Authorization: YOUR_API_KEY" \
"https://api.fundz.net/fundings?series=seed&created_from=2026-09-01"Endpoint
https://api.fundz.net/fundingsSend your API key in the Authorization header. Keys come from Account > API Keys in the app, on a Pro or Strategic plan. See Authentication and limits for the daily call allowance and error formats.
Common uses
curl -H "Authorization: YOUR_API_KEY" \
"https://api.fundz.net/fundings?series=series%20a,series%20b&money_raised_min=10000000&industries=Fintech"curl -H "Authorization: YOUR_API_KEY" \
"https://api.fundz.net/fundings?locations=Texas&number_of_employees_min=11&number_of_employees_max=200"curl -H "Authorization: YOUR_API_KEY" \
"https://api.fundz.net/fundings?investors=Andreessen%20Horowitz&created_from=2026-07-01"curl -H "Authorization: YOUR_API_KEY" \
"https://api.fundz.net/fundings?countries=UK,Canada&created_from=2026-09-01"Query parameters
All parameters are optional. List values are comma-separated in one parameter (series=seed, series a), not repeated.
| Parameter | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| series | string | Round types, comma-separated, case-insensitive exact match. Values: Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A to Series F, Series G+, Venture - Series Unknown, Private Equity, Corporate Round, Angel, Equity Crowdfunding, Product Crowdfunding, Debt Financing, Convertible Note, Grant, Non-Equity Assistance, IPO, Post-IPO Equity, Post-IPO Debt, Secondary Market, Initial Coin Offering, Funding Round. |
| money_raised_min | integer | Smallest round to include, in whole US dollars. |
| money_raised_max | integer | Largest round to include, in whole US dollars. A value of 1,000,000,000 or more means no upper limit. |
| investors | string | Investor names, comma-separated. Each name is looked up and the best match is used, so give the full name. |
| countries | string | Country names, comma-separated, matched against the company's country. US, USA, UK and UAE are accepted as shorthand. |
| created_from | date | Only records Fundz added on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). Filters on created_at, the day Fundz captured the event. |
| created_to | date | Only records Fundz added on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD). |
| organization_name | string | Case-insensitive partial match on the company name. |
| locations | string | Comma-separated place names, matched to Fundz locations. Places inside a match are included, so California covers its cities. |
| industries | string | Comma-separated industry names, exact name match (case-insensitive), for example Software,Fintech. Without this parameter, companies tagged as investment funds are left out. |
| number_of_employees_min | integer | Smallest company headcount to include. |
| number_of_employees_max | integer | Largest company headcount to include. |
| employee_ranges | string | Several size bands at once, comma-separated: 1-49,500-1000,10000- (a trailing dash means no upper limit). A record matches if it falls in any band. Overrides the min and max parameters. |
| page | integer | Page number, starting at 1. Pages hold 25 records. A page past the end returns an empty data array. |
locations, industries and investors are looked up one by one. A name that matches nothing is dropped without an error, and if every name is dropped that filter is not applied at all. A typo therefore returns unfiltered results. Compare meta.total_count against what you expect.Response
