Crowdfunding and Reg A+ offerings

Companies raising money from the public through SEC-registered offerings: Regulation Crowdfunding (Form C) and Regulation A+ (Form 1-A). These are often young companies with a fresh reason to buy, hire and find advisors, and each filing names the issuer, how much it is raising, its deadline and a contact.

A paginated list of Reg CF and Reg A+ offerings, newest first, 25 per page.

Send your API key in the Authorization header. Keys come from Account > API Keys in the app, on a Pro or Strategic plan. See Authentication and limits for the daily call allowance and error formats.

Query parameters

All parameters are optional.

Parameter	Type	Description
offering_amount_min	integer	Smallest offering to include, in US dollars.
offering_amount_max	integer	Largest offering to include, in US dollars.
deadline_from	date	Only offerings whose deadline is on or after this date (`YYYY-MM-DD`).
deadline_to	date	Only offerings whose deadline is on or before this date (`YYYY-MM-DD`).
offered_types	string	Security types, comma-separated, matched exactly against `offerred_type` (for example `Equity`). Use values you have seen in responses.
created_from	date	Only records Fundz added on or after this date (`YYYY-MM-DD`). Filters on `created_at`, the day Fundz captured the event.
created_to	date	Only records Fundz added on or before this date (`YYYY-MM-DD`).
organization_name	string	Case-insensitive partial match on the company name.
locations	string	Comma-separated place names, matched to Fundz locations. Places inside a match are included, so `California` covers its cities.
industries	string	Comma-separated industry names, exact name match (case-insensitive), for example `Software,Fintech`. Without this parameter, companies tagged as investment funds are left out.
number_of_employees_min	integer	Smallest company headcount to include.
number_of_employees_max	integer	Largest company headcount to include.
employee_ranges	string	Several size bands at once, comma-separated: `1-49,500-1000,10000-` (a trailing dash means no upper limit). A record matches if it falls in any band. Overrides the min and max parameters.
page	integer	Page number, starting at 1. Pages hold 25 records. A page past the end returns an empty `data` array.

There is no filter for the form type. To keep only Reg A+ offerings, keep records whose filing is 1-A or 1-A/A; Reg CF offerings are C or C/A.

Check your spelling

Names in locations and industries are looked up one by one. A name that matches nothing is dropped without an error, and if every name is dropped that filter is not applied at all. A typo therefore returns unfiltered results. Compare meta.total_count against what you expect.

Records come newest first (by created_at), 25 per page. meta tells you where you are and how many calls you have left today. When nothing matches, the response also carries a guidance object with suggestions. The _attribution and _licensing keys travel with every response; see Authentication and limits.

Offering fields

Field	Type	Description
id	string	Stable slug for the offering.
title	string	Offering title, usually the issuer name.
filing	string	SEC form: `C` or `C/A` for Reg CF, `1-A` or `1-A/A` for Reg A+.
offerred_type	string \| null	Type of security offered. Note the spelling of the field name.
offering_amount	string \| null	Amount being raised, formatted in US dollars.
deadline_date	string \| null	Offering deadline (`YYYY-MM-DD`).
created_at	string	When Fundz added the offering (ISO 8601).
portal, portal_url	string \| null	The funding portal or intermediary named on the filing, and its URL.
issuer_name, issuer_website, issuer_phone, issuer_contact_name	string \| null	Issuer details taken from the SEC filing.
street1, street2, city, state, zip_code	string \| null	Issuer address.
sec_url	string \| null	The filing on SEC EDGAR.
tier	string \| null	Reg A+ tier. `null` for Reg CF.
financials	object \| null	Reg A+ issuer financials when filed (for example total assets, revenues, net income, employees, price per security). `null` for Reg CF.
jurisdictions	array \| null	Reg A+ offering jurisdictions. `null` for Reg CF.
issuer_organization	object	The issuing company (base company fields; see Data models).
