SEC 8-K filings
Public companies must tell the SEC within days when something material happens: a leader leaves or joins, a major agreement is signed, a deal closes, a financing is arranged. Fundz reads those 8-K reports as they are filed and adds a plain-English summary, so you can act on the event without reading the filing.

Query parameters

| page | integer | Page number, starting at 1. Pages are cut at 20 filings. |
There are no other filters on this endpoint. Routine filings that get no summary are removed from each page, so a page can hold fewer than 20. To focus on one kind of event, filter on item_number in your own code, as below.

| company_id | integer | Fundz's id for the SEC filer. It is not the company id used by /companies/{id}. |
| form_type | string | 8-K, 8-K/A, 8-K12B, 8-K12G3 or 8-K15D5. |
| filing_date / date | string | The day the report was filed. |
| item_number | string | The SEC item the filing reports, for example 5.02. |
| item_description / description | string | The SEC's name for that item. |
