Form D filings (fund formations)

Form D is the short notice a company or an investment fund files with the SEC when it raises money privately. It can appear before a raise is announced anywhere else, and it names the issuer and the amount. This endpoint returns every Form D filing Fundz has captured, for operating companies and for funds alike.

Placement agents and fund-service firms use it to find new funds while they are raising; sales and advisory teams use it to spot companies that just took in capital.

Quick start
