Daily Briefing (FundzIQ)

A short, plain-words briefing of what happened overnight at the companies and markets you care about, each item with the reason it matters to you and the next step already on the card.

What it is

Your Daily Intelligence Brief reads everything Fundz picked up overnight (funding, new leaders, acquisitions, hiring and company filings) and keeps only the few items that matter to you. It is written for your targeting and the companies you follow, not the market at large, so two people rarely get the same brief.

It is the story behind your day. Your Daily Leads are the ranked list of companies to work; the brief tells you what moved and why, and makes sure you do not miss something important that a ranked list would bury.

What each item gives you

What happened

A one-line headline and a short explanation in plain words, with no filing jargon.

Why it matters to you

The knock-on effect for someone in your seat: a new budget, a new decision maker, a competitor move.

The next step, right there

When the item names a person with an email, a SmartSend button drafts the email for you. When it names a company, Add to targets puts it on your list. A link opens the company or event in full.

When you open a company from the brief, its profile shows From your Daily Brief with the headline that brought you there, so you never lose the reason for the click.

Where to find it

    Open your dashboard. Your Daily Intelligence Brief sits at the top, beside your daily companies.

    Read the top items. Each one takes a few seconds.

    Act from the card: SmartSend the named person, Add to targets, or open the company. SmartSend sends from your own inbox after you approve the draft.

In your inbox

The brief arrives by email on weekday mornings around 7:30 AM Eastern, from support@fundz.net. In your inbox it is titled Your Fundz daily leads & briefing or Your daily leads: followed by a company name, so search for that, and check spam or Promotions if you can’t find it. Turn it on or off in Account, Integrations & Alerts, Notifications & Alerts, under FundzIQ Daily Briefing.

Out loud

On a paid plan, open Talk to Fundz and say “brief me”. It walks you through the brief and highlights each item on screen as it goes.

Industries, company size, locations and your Business Profile. Open Targeting

Companies you track

Add companies to your Watchlist and they are watched closely.

Investors you follow

Follow investors from any investor page with Track investor.

Events you save

Save events to Saved Events to show what interests you.

Ask about anything in it

Just ask
Type into the Ask Fundz bar on your dashboard, for example “Why is this company a top lead?”, and Fundz answers and takes you there.
