Reg A+ filings

Regulation A+ lets a company raise up to tens of millions of dollars from the public after qualifying an offering with the SEC on Form 1-A. The filing includes the offering amount, the tier, where it is offered and, often, the issuer's financials.

Where to get it through the API

Reg A+ filings come through the Crowdfunding and Reg A+ offerings endpoint, GET /crowdfundings, alongside Reg CF offerings. There is no separate Reg A+ endpoint.

  1. Call GET https://api.fundz.net/crowdfundings with any of its filters (dates, offering amount, location, industry).
  2. Keep the records whose filing is 1-A (a new offering) or 1-A/A (an amendment).
  3. Read the Reg A+ details from tier, financials and jurisdictions, which are filled in for these filings and null for Reg CF.
curl -H "Authorization: YOUR_API_KEY" \
  "https://api.fundz.net/crowdfundings?created_from=2026-07-01" \
  | jq '.data[] | select(.filing == "1-A" or .filing == "1-A/A")'

Each page holds 25 offerings of both kinds, so a page may contain few Reg A+ filings. Page through with page until you have what you need, keeping an eye on your daily allowance (Authentication and limits).

In the app and in bulk

  • Signed-in users on a paid plan can browse and filter these offerings in the app. See Crowdfundings.
  • For a complete historical file or a scheduled delivery, ask about data licensing on the pricing page.
