On August 25, 2026, subsidiaries of POOL CORPORATION amended their Receivables Purchase Agreement, enhancing their securitization facility. The amendment extends the termination date to August 25, 2028, and raises the maximum facility limit to $400 million. This facility will support the company during high demand months from March through September. The new structure includes $300 million committed funds, alongside $100 million non-committed.
