Description

Teradyne, Inc. and Infineon Technologies AG have announced a strategic partnership to advance power semiconductor test. As part of the partnership, Teradyne will acquire part of Infineon’s automated test equipment team in Regensburg, Germany, in order to accelerate its roadmap in the power semiconductor segment while collaborating on new solutions with Infineon. In exchange, Infineon secures continued manufacturing support as well as flexibility to respond to internal demand for specialized test equipment.
